The Lava Heat 2G comes with an “Easy Start” electrical ignition right on the front of the unit, and the added bonus of universal infra-red remote.. It can provide heat for up to 24 hours with a 40 lb. propane tank, or can accept a natural gas line. The propane tank is held steady by a strap attached to the interior of the reinforced triangular base. Safety is further ensured by the built-in Safe Tilt switch, which shuts down the unit if it tilts or falls over.
